  • Worker’s Compensation Insurance: minimum $500,000
  • Proof of Auto Insurance
  • Background check for approval
  • Certificate of insurance must list Shamrock Property Management LLC as additional insured

Insurance Requirements:


The following items are required from your company in order to move forward with our company:

** Send in copies of your COI, Workers Compensation, Auto Insurance with Vendor Profile Sheet


1). Workers Compensation and Employers Liability

     A.  E.L. Each Accident: $1,000,000

     B.  E.L. Disease - Ea Employee: $1,000,000

     C.  E.L. Disease - Policy Limit: $1,000,000

     D.  WC Statutory Limits must be marked

     E.  Workers Comp coverage can be waived by providing a state exemption form if you do not have any employees. However, if you are an LLC you will be required to obtain a Workers Compensation Ghost Policy.


2). COI (Coverage of Insurance)

     A. The certificate MUST show the following :

          ● Certificate Holder - must be shown as :

               ○ Shamrock Property Management LLC, 1420 Industrial Park Road, Paris, TN 38242

          ● Coverages: Certificate must include:

               ○ “General Liability”

                    ■ Each occurrence; $1,000,000

                    ■ Additional Insured language required also.

          ● Description of Operations must read as follows:

               ○ Shamrock Property Management LLC is an additional insured on the General Liability.


3). Copy of Current Auto Insurance

     -The requirement is Owned and Non owned. Any Auto covers these requirements. For vendors that state they do not have company owned autos, need to have Hired, Scheduled and Non owned together.
